Ranking Guide
Here you will find all the needed information for how the rank system works. The reason we use a rank system in the first place is to better monitor what techniques/powers can be done and how frequently. This method provides a sort of caution for roleplayers so that they use their talents wisely. There are a total of 12 ranks that are attainable through normal roleplaying, fighting, or tournaments. This section is basically to inform you about what rank your character is at and how to upgrade them to a higher level. Each rank, as stated earlier, will grant the user more use of their own skills that they themselves have created. All talents go by this ranking system regardless what the talent is.

Each Character Rank will determine the rank of the ki manipulation they can use as well as the number of times said talent can be used. Below is the Talent ranks and what each one allows, in terms the power of each technique.

This list below will show the requirement needed for each upgrade, this can be achieved with either a solo training topic, doing a quest or simply training with a friend. No rank reservations will be allowed. First come with a good
application, first served!
Apprentice
This rank is the bare minimum, most basic level of power. At this rank you are able to use basic techniques. You are just now getting the hang of ki manipulation and understanding how to apply it in combat. You have the strength to shatter stone with your bare hands. Hercule would be an example of this rank.

None (Recommended for Beginners in RPG forums)
Beginner
At this level you are slightly beginning to understand how to hone your abilities in combat. You are able to guide your ki blasts in any direction you want with will power. You have also gained the ability to perform superhuman feats. Such as; lifting an ordinary person up with only your index finger or even throwing a pillar/tree and riding it through the air like a surf board. Master Roshi & Mercenary Tao would be an example of this.

Commoner
At this rank you are capable of incredible feats. Grenades and missiles are no longer a threat to you. It will take a lot more than common human artillery to take you down! You could take a regular explosive to the face and it wouldn't even leave a scratch on you! You have just went from superhuman to invincible in terms of average human standards. Kid Goku & King Piccolo would be an example of this.

Skilled
Your power has greatly improved to the point where you have gone beyond your previous limits. You are not yet able to use advanced techniques, but you are very close. Once you reach this level you will notice a seemingly limitless dormant power, which at first will only revealed itself when your character experiences fierce rage. This rage will boost your potential to combat a person with a rank above you evenly. However, when your rage has ended, your power will drop back to it's previous limit. An example of this rank is Kid Gohan when he fought 2nd Form Frieza.
Professional
(This is the highest rank you may apply for!)
You are now a pro at what you do! You are able to manipulate ki to its fullest extent. You also gain the ability to use more advanced ki techniques. By this point, you have made another massive jump in power. You have gained access to a large portion of your power to the extent where you could effortlessly lift up and throw large mountain at somebody with nothing but your sheer strength. Once you achieve this level of power, you realize there isn't any limits on what you can achieve. An example of this is Goku & Future Trunks in their base form when they each fought Frieza.
Lord
At this rank you are able to hold your own against a large group of commoners, and even take the advantage at points, in battles against an opponent as powerful as
Android 17 during the Androids Saga. Your power is so intense that it could be sensed from halfway across the planet. An example of this rank is Super Namekian Piccolo & Imperfect Cell.
High Lord
Here is where you are on the same level as the Supreme Kais. You have improved your skill even further than previously thought possible. You are so powerful that you could survive falling into magma without being harmed in your base form. You are now considered "A thousand times more powerful than Frieza" by those who were alive during his reign. An example of this is East Kaioshin.
Elite Lord
This is for characters who have trained to become more powerful than a High Lord, but not quite a Master yet. You are close to achieving the power of ultimate attacks, but it is just barely out of reach. You are not yet able to use ultimate techniques, but you are
very close. You have the potential to conquer worlds and bring civilizations to their knees. An example of this rank is Perfect Cell & Dabura.
Master
(This is the highest rank planet leaders may apply for!)
You are now on par with the planet busters. You become so powerful that you gain the ability to perform ultimate techniques. You are the best at what you do. Nobody is your equal when it comes to raw physical strength and speed. You are able to take on a large group of Lords single handedly with ease. Once you obtain this level, you are capable of actually traveling to anywhere in the universe you desire. An example of this rank is Janemba & Majin Buu.
Elite Master
You have been a master for awhile and you have trained to the next level. Your ultimate techniques cause less fatigue after use and you feel as though you are able to take on others in the universe effortlessly. You realize not many others can stand in your way and you have the ability to reach your outer limits. An example of this rank is Gotenks and Super Buu.
Titan
You have finally unlocked your sleeping powers! Your strength easily surpasses all of the other ranks below you. Those at this level have access to the full might of their power and are extremely effective with them even in disadvantaged situations. You have the ability to go heat-to-head with even the toughest of Elite Masters. An example of this rank is Kid Buu & Mystic Gohan.
Godly
You are now the most powerful of your kind! You are on par with the Gods of Destruction. This is the highest pinnacle of power anyone can obtain. You are much more powerful than those with the rank of Titan as this is a huge gap in power. You are able to move at speeds invisible to the naked eye of anybody below the rank of Master. With this rank, you also gain the perk of being able to transform into your Godly form. An example of this rank would be Bills & Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta.
