The Power of Each Rank and Ki Empty
PostSubject: The Power of Each Rank and Ki   The Power of Each Rank and Ki EmptyWed Aug 21, 2013 5:19 pm

The ranks will be given power and estimates and percentages. There is already a ranking system that losely states their capability this is a more ground version. Note Speed is reaction plus velocity, there Ki Output is also the amount of damage they can take, it works both as durability and actual energy out put. It also serves as your ability to do damage with Ki, the more Ki used the more damage done. However for every point of Ki you use, you do double the amount in damage. When a user runs out of Ki he is considered uncapable of fighting. Speed is what allows for your total damage that you are capable of using your fist or legs. Speed however only takes off one percentage point of (Ki Output) for every hit landed. However if someones Ki output is triple then your speed or own ki output you can't damage them, so you can do a total damage of 200 using your ki output of 100, if someone has a total ki output of 601 you can't damage them. If they are doubled your Ki output only half the damage will go through. Speed will drop by 20% when your Ki Output drops to below 50% of your maximum ki possible. Each 10% more you drop past 50% you lose another 20%. So if you have Zero ki left, you'd be left with zero speed. Strength in itself is useful for any holds you might encounter. Or tosses, it has little to do with actual punching power. However when tosses or trying a hold. When strength is being used the stronger simply wins. If the user has double the strength of the other the user can hold for a unlimited time, if not double they can hold for only 2 post, unless the person in the hold is trying to fight strength with strength. However the user in the hold can find other ways to avoid the 2 post hold. If triple the strength the user can simply if given in a hold kill you in the next post they make, after getting a successful hold and if 5 times higher and a hold is successful they can kill you in that post. Speed follows a slightly different principle, if someones speed is double your Ki Output, they do double damage and do 2% of your total ki. If they are triple they do 5% with each blow and if 4 times they do 10% with each hit. This doubles each time they go over you by a times. So 5 times would be ___% of your total ki output. Answer Below.
  * Next to each rank will tell if its Open to create a new character or not at that rank.

Ki Output requirements:
Destroy a City: 100
Destroy a Region: 400
Destroy a Continent: 800
Destroy a Moon: 1000
Destory a Earth Sized Planet: 7000
Destroy a Solar System: 3 million
Destroy a 1/1000th of the Universe: 5 billion
Destroy a Universe: 500,000 quadrillion
To generate enough energy to destroy a Earth sized planet it takes 3 uninterrupted post, You can not mask this by any means. This will be a giant blimp to anyone in the solar system or nearby solar systems. It takes 6 uninterrupted for a solar system and almost anyone in the galaxy will know where you are.  Spirit Bomb can't destroy Planets no matter what, it can however large chunks but never destroy them.

Notice physical damage is mostly what Ki deals with and heat and cool damage. It doesn't however deal with poisons, destructo disc and viruses.
