Kaio-Ken: To obtain this transformation you must have a rank of Skilled or higher. The higher rank level you possess, the higher multiplications you may endure as shown below:
Skilled - up to 4x Kaio-Ken, however that will cause you to be in extreme pain during the rest of the battle.
Lord - up to 10x Kaio-Ken, this will completely wipe you out of energy. 4x Kaio-Ken doesn't drain you anymore.
Master - up to 20x Kaio-Ken, same thing here as you will be completely tired. 10x Kaio-Ken doesn't drain you anymore.
Titan - at this level you have mastered 20x Kaio-Ken without any drawbacks as long as you stay in complete control.
Notice on Kaio-Ken to understand that this does not make your character stronger then the set rank. At maxed out Kaio-Ken you can achieve the power that you'd be at your rank plus any bonuses.
Spirit Bomb: Users of the Spirit Bomb gather huge amounts of energy from all chosen surrounding life forms, and conduct that energy into a massive sphere of astounding destructive power. Essentially, to use the Spirit Bomb, one must have a pure heart so they can manipulate and gather energy, otherwise the move can backfire and possibly hurt or kill the user.

1 Post - Small Spirit Bomb - Skilled level
2 posts - Medium Spirit Bomb - Professional level
3 posts - Large Spirit Bomb - High Lord level
4 posts - Super Spirit Bomb - Titan level
5 posts - Ultimate Spirit Bomb - Godly level
