The picture is exactly what Gabriel looks like, however he commonly wears a neckless that is all blue. The neckless is a deep shiny color that sparkles and sprays into the air. However he can be also seen in a large black robe that captures his entire body. He would look like a monk in black. This atire is done when he is going to be medating. His hair is a long brown pony tail that streches down to his waist.

Personality: Gabriel is clam and collected individual, he never lets his pride show and has never lashed in anger for silly reasons. He is a peaceful person. Due to his intense training with world martial artist on Earth. He left all his anger and intensity behind. He created a image of himself as a perfect one and a clam one. By perfect he means one with Buddha and one in the clam of the realm. However when the weak are threaten he keeps his absolve and restrains from fighting.

Species Abilities: Saiyans naturally possess exceptional strength - far greater than that of other humans and alien races - and are quintessentially built for fighting. They are capable of easily lifting hundreds of times their own weight. The naturally high gravity of Planet Vegeta develops their strength further making them incredibly strong at young ages. Even weaker Saiyans are capable of conquering most planets alone. Through tough training, Saiyans are able to reach new levels of power, and the more intense training and fights they go through, the stronger they become. If a Saiyan survives a near-death experience through extreme injury to the body, then, when the body recuperates, the Saiyan grows much stronger than they were previously, their body adapting to compensate for the damage dealt. The duration of recovery does not seem to hinder this ability as Saiyans have healed through natural, technological and mystical means and still gained substantial increases in strength. Saiyans also appear able to heal from injuries at a faster rate than normal humans and possess a greater deal of durability to damage.

Saiyans also possess a natural affinity to the manipulation of ki energy allowing them to utilize flying and energy-based attacks with incredible ease as well as unlock great depths of power when needed, or lending energy to others in battle when it's actually necessary. Lost energy is regained by the Saiyan in a very short span of time, regardless of the amount of energy lost. Sometimes, the energy the Saiyan regained is multiplied, as noted by their power level.

Saiyans have a very keen sense of smell which is similar to that of a dog's (which is far superior to that of a human). Their tail also provides a unique gift in that it allows a Saiyan to transform into an Great Ape if exposed to the Blutz Waves of a full moon. The Saiyans also have great speed and agility. They also have much faster reflexes than an average Human; reflexes so fast that they can avoid a bullet or energy beam without much of a problem. Super speed can easily be seen in their fighting skills; their movements occur in fractions of seconds which are not visible to average Human eyes. Their agility is also substantial in their battles and training. These movements can be improved by training, transformations, and other methods. These natural powers of speed and reflex make nearly all Saiyan hand-to-hand combat very fast.

The most powerful ability of a Saiyan, however, is the ability to drastically augment their speed, strength and energy by transforming into a Super Saiyan. The ability is rare and difficult to achieve normally, but gives the Saiyan unbelievable enhancements to their normal abilities. Saiyans possess several Super Saiyan transformations, each different in appearance and the power they provide. For the majority of the Super Saiyan forms, the Saiyans muscle mass increases slightly, their irises turn bluish-green and their hair turns golden in color.

Species Appearance: Saiyans are outwardly very similar to any other Humans, with the exception of their monkey-like tails and a larger muscular build. They are commonly seen to have deep black hair, the hair of a pure-blooded Saiyan does not deviate from its appearance the day the Saiyan is born.
Species History: Saiyans were a group of barbaric aliens who shared a planet with a race known as the Tuffles. The Saiyans lived in the arid wastelands, while the Tuffles lived in great cities, employing advanced technology. One day however, the Saiyan's attacked, vowing to conquer the Tuffle's great cities, and to extinguish the race. This sparked a ten year long war The Saiyan Army tried many times to overthrow the Tuffles but were unsuccessful, sparking a ten year conflict on the planet. Although the Saiyans were bigger in size and physically far superior, they were fewer in number compared to the Tuffles. The Tuffles had a trump card in the form of their advanced technology to read the power levels of the Saiyans and advanced weaponry such as blasters to hold them off. But then thanks to the full moon that only appeared once every 8 years on the planet, the Saiyans assumed their Great Ape transformations, and completely wiped out the Tuffle race in a single night, with this they finally annihilated the Tuffles and had the planet renamed the Tuffle planet to Planet Vegeta after their commanding hero King Vegeta.

The Saiyans built a rocket ship with the leftover material and traveled to a nearby planet called Arcose where they came in contact with the Arcosian. These aliens had money and technology, but their planet was unsuitable, so they hired a group of Saiyans to take over a planet for them and in return they would share their technology with them. Over the years the Saiyans also learned how to use the Tuffles' advanced equipment and became smarter and less barbaric, although they still lusted for fighting and destruction. About a year following the Saiyan victory over the Tuffles, the planet was conquered or annexed by the Changeling's empire and the Saiyans (like many other alien races) were drafted to serve as soldiers in their military under the Planet Trade. Due to the Saiyans' innate strength and penchant for violence, they were considered to be useful mercenaries and assisted in the conquering of many planets, or if assignment called for, eradication of the planet's population (even Saiyan children were considered powerful enough to conquer some of the weaker planets)

Special Characteristics: His speed is flawless and almost total unbeatable. His speed is at such a huge level, that its doesn't come close to matching his level of strength and ki output. With this speed he is capable of fighting enemies that are stronger and have more ki then him. By beating them with speed. This is inherently gained by him being a tranquil saiyan. This gives him a 100% bonus to speed.
Flaws/Weaknesses: Due to him being a tranquil saiyan he was born with no tall at all. Due to this he can never reach Super Saiyan 4 or Oorzaru. This is a huge problem for them at society, however there is only one alive at a time. Nor can he reach any of the Saiyan levels.

Special Abilities: It focus all the energy and capability of a user and gives them a sense of total clam and provides a speed bonus of 20%. This makes it incredibly easy to use Tranquil Saiyan forums and archive it. This provides a ability to almost switch instantaneously from form to form. It has formed a symbiotic relationship with Gabriel now and only responds to him. The sword does not need to be in contact with him to use, it just needs to be able to sense him and its capability is the same as Gabriel himself. It provides him with the ability to achieve true enlightenment and achieve a true form. However he must first achieve this on his own.
Origin: Gabriel would sit under a tree and question life itself and wonder what the world itself is. He sat for days upon days in the temple of where he roamed. After 10 years of thought a strange sword appeared before him and as he grasped the sword it gave him a new found power. His hair shot up and he could feel strength he never had before appear before him. After that he began to bring the sword with him, after a while it began to speak with him as he meditated and they would discuss life and prosperity. They became best friends and are now and forever bonded by each others soul.

History:
Birth Arc: Gabriel began his way to earth not by mission or creed. His parents both ran from the army and refused to work as brutish warriors. They were people of intelligence and disregarded the army as silly and futile. Being scientist they devised a plan to leave the planet and go far away. During his birth something almost impossible happened. The boy they had was born with a power level of 20,000. They both knew this would scare the ones in charge and anyone Saiyan. Themselves only had a power level of 50 and were barely capable at all. They knew this would arise problems and they decide to leave their home and headed into space. However his power level was noticed at leave and questioned. There parents shot him off into space and ended up dieng in order to save him from the Saiyans. Soon are friend would reach the planet called earth and would soon be capable of transforming the world.

Youth Arc: During this period of time he spent time in the woods and learned the language of the nature around him. He spent all of his time in the woods and simply meditated in the woods as he did the nature around him masked his presence. As he turned 24, his power excelled what the nature of earth could hide. For the first time people from earth began to come into this era to look at him and see what he was and who he was. As they came from all corners of the Earth to see this odd power source he became a God. The people were in amazement.

Exploration Arc: During this Period he began to explore earth and fly around the world and mediated from around the world. He found his home with Buddha and sat. During this time he had his famous tree event. After this he truly began to understand what he was capable off. This event solidified himself and keep pushing and going around the world to know as much as he could. He soon found himself 4 years later and on the top of the world with a sort of enlightenment.

Presidential Arc: Soon after the Earth going into armistice with the androids and people living at some sort of ease. He promised a new found world and began his office as President of the world, he won unanimously in the vote and was now the key enemy of the Andriods.
