Ranks, XP, and Training

XP is earned by each post, the Staff member checking it will find how each post is worth. A staff member will give 5 xp per post if average. If its above they will award extra. A maximum of 15 xp per post and a minimum of 2.

The list below will layout whats required to advance in words XP and Training to achieve each one. The 3rd number is the amount of Passive EXP needed to advance a rank. Passive EXP is total exp earned at a rank, regardless if spent. At each rank up, passive exp is removed. However current XP can be exchanged 2 to 1 for one point in passive exp. Otherwise you will need to spend it before ranking up.
           *Note on Training: It will be allowed however you must earn the XP equivalent. So if you want to train an Inexperienced technique you must have enough Total Earned XP to be able to train it. Training allows for you to double dip on XP in a way.  *TOTAL EARNED XP= The amount of XP your characters earned over a life time.
                                                         
           The last number is the amount you'd need to write to gain a ability/technique.  
EXAMPLE:
Apprentice/Inexperienced 50/10/100-200, 50 = Direct buy to the next rank, 10 = is the cost of a technique at that rank, 100 = is the amount of passive exp required to rank up automatically without spending exp.
